Guys that work in the detail department have no knowledge on how to properly detail a car, i dropped off my civic to get detailed and i literaly could of had my 15 yr old cousin do a better job. The car was still dirty inside and they halfway did the carpet, the engine bay was still dirty.. pretty much a wipe down. If i could take a pic of before and after there wouldnt be much difference. I feel ripped off.. not worth my time or money. i buy and sell used cars and constantly was bringing business here, but the quality and the way the manager attends to situations is very unprofessional and quality is definitely not primary and most certainly anything us as customer say they dont care. We as customers are wrong and they get but hurt when we point out their errors. Dont wate your time or money on this place. I'll be taking my constant business elsewhere.
